By using Playfun Games, you agree to use the site lawfully and without disrupting play for other visitors.

Permitted use

You may use the games for personal entertainment. Do not attack the site, bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another player, or interfere with availability.

Accounts, rankings, and rewards

Optional accounts, private cloud saves, and casual leaderboards may be available. Scores are checked against broad server rules, but browser gameplay cannot be proven untampered. Rankings are for entertainment only and are not eligible for money, prizes, or other valuable rewards. We may reject or remove suspicious, abusive, or technically invalid results.

Game progress

You are responsible for keeping any exported save file safe. Browser storage may be removed by browser cleanup, private-browsing behavior, device loss, or software changes. Cloud synchronization is a convenience and may be delayed or unavailable; it is not a permanent archival or version-history service. Keep an export if progress is important to you.

Availability

The site and individual games may change, become unavailable, or contain defects. We work to keep the catalog reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.

Intellectual property

Playfun branding, original artwork, code, and site presentation are protected by applicable rights. Familiar game mechanics may have independent histories and owners. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Advertising, sponsorships, and affiliate links

Playfun may support the Free tier with clearly labelled advertisements placed away from active gameplay and controls. Sponsored or affiliate content will be identified when applicable. An advertisement or external offer is supplied by its advertiser and does not mean Playfun endorses it. Advertising is not currently enabled; provider-specific terms and disclosures will be published before launch.

Premium is planned to remove Playfun display advertisements while the entitled account is signed in. Blocking or limiting an advertisement must not prevent access to standard gameplay, accessibility controls, privacy choices, or account-management functions.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as available for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, Playfun Games is not liable for lost local progress, device incompatibility, service interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.

Changes and contact
